"But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light." 1 Peter 2:9

Pastoral Care Ministry is an integral facet of hospital, nursing home, and homebound visitations to church membership. Church volunteers are utilized on Tuesday and Thursday to support staff and deacons in the ministry to church family. There are two divisions of ministry under the Pastoral Care Ministry:

Hospital Ministry

There are 14 Hospital Volunteers that visit all the hospitals every Tuesday & Thursday each week.
If you know of anyone who needs a visit please contact the chairman, Bonnie Stroman, or the Church Office.

Care and Concern

There are 40 Care & Concern Volunteers that visit homebound members and members residing in any care facility in Orangeburg.
If you know of anyone who needs a visit please contact the chairman, Jeanne Gue, or the Church Office.
